Prices and allowances read on each vendor's own pricing page on 5 August 2026, with monthly and annual billing both checked: textyess.com/pricing and uptonica.com/pricing. Ours are ex VAT; theirs are stated in EUR with taxes that may apply. Prices change, so check both before you decide.
A customer asks whether the 42 runs small. If the product sheet does not say, no assistant can know it. It answers around the question, and you find out later, from the return.
This is not a flaw in any one product. It is the job that does not come with the conversation: someone has to write the sheet, keep the price current and keep the stock honest. In Uptonica that someone is the same AI that answers.
The assistant answers, and the same data writes the product sheets, sets the prices, feeds the ads and lands in the CRM. A second tool does not give you that, because it sees its own slice.
We have run marketing for the brands you can see below, for years. Uptonica was built inside that agency and used on our own clients before it was sold to anyone.
18,000 AI credits a month, spent wherever you need them that month: replies, product sheets, images, email. Not an allowance per feature.

Honest take
If the conversation is the job, TextYess goes deeper into it than we do: outbound campaigns, a voice agent in beta, and on their Enterprise plan a model trained on your own data. Buy it and you will have a good one. We are not selling a better conversation.
What stays is the part no conversation product sells: the catalog it has to quote. That is the work we do.
Yes, and for some that is the right call. Keep what you have and let Uptonica put the catalog underneath in order first. If the answers improve on their own, you have learned where the problem was.
Our team, through a guided start called Tonic Sprint. On Starter it is bought separately from the subscription, and the larger plans include more of it. It takes about two weeks, and we import your catalog before we talk about price.
Yours, and you can export it. Monthly stops when you stop. On annual our pricing page offers 30 days to get your money back; ask us to put the exit terms in writing before you sign, as you should with anyone.
The free audit reads your store and shows what an assistant would have to work with today. No call needed to get it.
