Read on salesforce.com/it/sales/pricing and uptonica.com/pricing on 14 October 2026, in euro, as Salesforce publishes them to a reader in Italy. We compare our Starter against their Suite Pro, because quotes and sales forecasting, which a company with a sales team uses, start there. Our prices are ex VAT. Both change, so check both before you decide.

Organised is not the same as done

Salesforce has AI that syncs email and contacts, and agents you can add for a fee. Advertising and social content are not in the sales price list: for those you need other products or other tools, each with its own login and its own invoice.

This is the honest split. Salesforce is where a sales team keeps its process: contacts, deals, quotes, forecasts, and it does that better than we do. The work inside the process stays with your people.

Where the difference actually is

01

AI is not a surcharge

With us the AI runs on the plan's credits. With them the AI agent (Agentforce) is an add-on from €125 per user per month. It is included only in the top edition, Max, from €550 per user.

02

Priced per company, not per seat

One pool of credits for the whole company, and the plan carries a team and contact allowance rather than a price per person. We have tiers too, they are just coarser: you change plan when you outgrow one, you do not pay per colleague.

03

It also answers whoever writes in

In chat and on WhatsApp the AI answers with your data, and when it does not know it hands the conversation to a person, with a summary.

Honest take

When Salesforce is the better choice

If you have a structured sales team, with sales forecasts, quotes and processes to follow, Salesforce goes deeper than we do, with an app ecosystem we do not match. And it has a free version. For many companies it is simply the right tool.

It organizes your sales. The advertising and content that create them stay a separate job, and that is the work we do.

Before you switch

Can I keep Salesforce and add Uptonica?

Yes, and for a company with a real sales team that is usually the sensible shape. Keep the pipeline where your people work, and let Uptonica run campaigns, content and answers.

Who does the setup?

Our team, through a guided start called Tonic Sprint. On Starter it is bought separately from the subscription, and the larger plans include more of it. It takes about two weeks.

Whose data is it?

Yours, and you can export it. Monthly stops when you stop. On annual our pricing page offers 30 days to get your money back; ask us to put the exit terms in writing before you sign, as you should with anyone.
