Read on pipedrive.com/it/pricing and uptonica.com/pricing on 14 October 2026, on annual billing, in euro, as Pipedrive publishes them to a reader in Italy, so plan names are as on their Italian page. We compare our Starter against their Premium, because quotes, which anyone selling to other companies uses every day, are included from there. Our prices are ex VAT, and so are theirs. Both change, so check both before you decide.

Organised is not the same as done

Pipedrive covers selling well: deals, email, quotes, and on Premium capturing contacts. What stays outside is advertising and social content. For those you need other tools, each with its own login and its own invoice.

This is the honest split. Pipedrive is where a sales team follows its deals, and it does that well. Uptonica puts the work that brings the contacts in on the same platform too: campaigns, content, chat and automations, with one AI.

Where the difference actually is

01

One platform, one invoice

Contacts, chat, campaigns, content and automations in one place, on the same data. With Pipedrive, advertising and social content stay in other tools.

02

Priced per company, not per seat

One pool of credits for the whole company, and the plan carries a team and contact allowance rather than a price per person. We have tiers too, they are just coarser: you change plan when you outgrow one, you do not pay per colleague.

03

It also answers whoever writes in

In chat and on WhatsApp the AI answers with your data, and when it does not know it hands the conversation to a person, with a summary.

Honest take

When Pipedrive is the better choice

If your work is a sales process with many salespeople and many stages, Pipedrive is built for exactly that and costs less to start: €14 per seat, more than 500 integrations and a 14 day trial. For many companies it is simply the right tool.

It follows your deals. The advertising and content that create them stay a separate job, and that is the work we do.

Before you switch

Can I keep Pipedrive and add Uptonica?

Yes, and for a sales team already used to Pipedrive it is often the sensible shape. Keep the deals where your people work, and let Uptonica run campaigns, content and answers.

Who does the setup?

Our team, through a guided start called Tonic Sprint. On Starter it is bought separately from the subscription, and the larger plans include more of it. It takes about two weeks.

Whose data is it?

Yours, and you can export it. Monthly stops when you stop. On annual our pricing page offers 30 days to get your money back; ask us to put the exit terms in writing before you sign, as you should with anyone.
