Who can take partThe Uptonica trial is for Shopify stores with Growave active. The Growave trial is for Uptonica customers. One trial per store, per platform.
Trial lengthUptonica: 14 days from activation, no credit card. When it ends the workspace turns read-only and nothing is charged; your data stays available for 90 days. Growave: 30 days from activation, on the terms Growave shares when you activate.
Data sharingBy sending the form you agree that your name, email and store address are shared between Webgas Srl (Via Vittime di Nassiriya 1, 82100 Benevento, Italy, VAT IT04564820613), owner of Uptonica, and Growave LLC (8 The Green, STE R, Dover, DE 19901, USA). Each company processes the data as an independent controller, only to check eligibility, activate the trial and contact you about it, under its own privacy policy. Sharing is required to activate the trial: without it, the offer is not available.
Transfer to the United StatesGrowave LLC is based in the United States. The data transfer relies on the safeguards in Articles 44 and following of the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rightsYou can ask for access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to [email protected] for data held by Webgas Srl, and to Growave for data held by Growave LLC. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
